I’m loving cookies cakes so much. So many different things to do with them. For this chocolate dipped version, I felt like my chocolate was a bit too thick. Here’s what I’ll do next time/ 1. If you are freezing cupcakes, I’ve had great success if I double wrap them. I wrap six cupcakes in cling wrap and then either place that in a ziplock bag or in these containers. And definitely don’t feel bad about freezing your baked goods. It’s very difficult for me to bake everything right before my cart will be out and cake freezes extremely well. Bakers, if freezing these in the packaging, please make sure all filled bags are in a secondary bag… For example, place all of your cookie bags in a larger grocery bag and then place in the freezer. Then, when ready to thaw, just put that larger grocery bag on the counter at room temp (cookies tend to dry out in the refrigerator).
