Bharti Airtel receives INR 156,959.77 million from shareholders and converts 391,176,994 partly paid-up shares into fully paid-up equity, increasing capital to INR 30,467.8 crore.

Axis Bank Limited has increased its paid-up share capital to Rs. 6,215,441,746 following the allotment of 327,688 equity shares under ESOP and RSU schemes.

The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,214,786,370 (3,107,393,185 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,215,441,746 (3,107,720,873 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
