"This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional moving experience I've ever had. Our original appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. We waited until 10:00 AM--no movers showed up and nobody called to update us. When we called the company ourselves, we were suddenly told that our appointment had been moved to the afternoon--with no apology and no prior notice.\n\nWe were told the crew would arrive around 1:30 PM. Once again, nobody showed up and no one contacted us. By 3:00 PM, we called again. The representative said they would contact the crew and that the movers would arrive within 20 minutes. Another hour passed--still nothing.\n\nWe kept calling because they never called us back, and every time we called, we were told a different story. One moment the crew was "on the way," the next they "couldn't reach them," then suddenly our schedule had been changed without informing us. It was excuse after excuse.\n\nOn another call, they said the driver would reach out to us directly. Another hour passed with no call. At 3:47 PM, we were told yet again that we were scheduled for the afternoon--but they never bothered to notify us at any point. We were always the ones chasing them.\n\nOn our last call, we asked to speak to a manager and even confirmed if a manager was available. They said yes and attempted to transfer us, but instead they left us on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever came on the line.\n\nThey wasted our entire day and completely ruined our schedule, especially because we have major renovations starting and needed everything moved before the crew arrived tomorrow.\n\nI will never do business with this company again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and totally disrespectful of people's time. If you come across this company, run as fast as you can."

"After some back and forth we were comped some for the large difference between quote and the total after everything that happened. A tv was broken in the move and they did offer to replace it.\n\nI am happy with the agreed on comp and how they handled the damage to our tv. \n\n The moving guys themselves were fantastic and very hard working. I've used college hunks hauling junk before but this was my first experience with the moving side. \nWhen scheduling for a move just be extremely specific and make sure they repeat back to you everything you said so there's no confusion or miscommunication."
